O Level Exam Is A Foundation Course In Computer. It Is Conducted By NIELIT ( Formerly As DOEACC ).  The Exam Is Conducted By NIELIT 02 Times In A Year. It Is Conducted In January And July Month.

The Objective of the ‘O’ Level Course – 

The objective of the course is to enable a student to acquire the knowledge pertaining to fundamentals of Information Technology (IT Tools and Business Systems, Internet Technology and Web design, Programming and Problem Solving through ‘C’ Language, Application of .NET Technology, Introduction to Multimedia, Introduction to ICT Resources, a Practical and Project Work.

How To Apply For O Level Course –

To Apply For O Level Online Form / Registartion, Take The Following Steps:-

( 1 )  Go To Official Website – https://student.nielit.gov.in/

Course Fee:  Rs 20,800/-  Course Fee can be paid in two instalments:

First Instalment              : Rs 11000/- (At the time of admission)

Second Instalment         : Rs 9800/- (in Second Semester)

Registration is a pre-requisite for appearing in ‘O’ Level (IT) examinations. Candidate has to register with NIELIT through student portal https://student.nielit.gov.in.  Registration will be valid for 5 years. Registration fee is Rs 500/-

1. Theory Examinations:

NIELIT “O” level theory examination is conducted twice in a year (in the month of January and July) by NIELIT HQ, Delhi. There is a number of examination centres all over India. The list of exam centers will be listed while filling of online examination form. Student can choose one of the exam centre according to their convenience. Full mark of each paper is 100 and exam duration is 3 hrs. Examination fee for each theory paper is Rs 750/- + Rs 100/- processing fee.

2. Practical Examinations:

There is one practical paper for NIELIT “O” Level Course. Students need to provide the option for appearing in practical examination while filling up examination form. The practical examination is based on the syllabus of M1-R5, M2-R5, M3-R5 and M4-R5 modules. Duration of each practical examination is 3 hrs. Practical Examination fee is Rs 500/- .

‘O’ Level (IT) courses has a project as an important component. The project is carried out by the student under guidance and support of faculty. No marks are assigned for this, but Candidates are required to carry out the project successfully. Students who complete the project work submit a project completion certificate in the prescribed format for issuing pass certificate to NIELIT HQ.

Result of NIELIT-‘A’ Level examination is published in the NIELIT HQ website http://www.nielit,gov,in  after 2 months of completion of the exam. Students can check their result from this website and can also get from the institute.

Admission fee and other miscellaneous Charges shall be charge extra at the time of admission. Payment can be made in the form of Demand Draft or through NEFT/RTGS/Net banking.

O Level Course 2021 & Other Equivalent Courses

O Level Course, as well as other equivalent courses, are organized by NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology) which is recognized by the Government of India and was earlier known as DOEACC (Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Classes). The Computer Courses offered by NIELIT are as follows.

A Level: This is Advance Diploma in Computer Applications which is equivalent to PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer) completed from any recognized University.

B Level: This is a Master Diploma in Computer Applications which is equivalent to MCA (Master in Computer Application) completed from any recognized University.

C Level: This is equivalent to M.Tech. (Master in Technology) completed from any recognized University.

O Level: This is Foundation Course in Computer Applications which is equivalent to Diploma in Computer Science completed from any recognized University.

CCC: This is course is totally based on the basic concept of the computer. This is equivalent to a Computer Science certificate (6 months) obtained from a recognized University.

Advantage of O-Level Course 2021

Now, it is important to have a computer certificate if any candidate is looking for a government job. O Level certificate and CCC is generally required for many posts available Government Offices, Ministry and other departments. If a candidate possesses computer certificate then it means he/she is capable of performing basic computer operations which is generally required.

About O Level 2021 Course

There are total 4 subjects in O Level Course and separate examination is conducted for all papers. A candidate gets Project Work based on these 4 subjects and also he/she has to appear in Practical or Viva Voce of these subjects. In O Level Course, M1-R4, M2-R4 and M3-R4 are compulsory subjects. For M4-R4, a candidate has to choose any one subject out of three available subjects. It is completely personal choice of a candidate to select any one subject. FYI, M4 2-R4 and M4 3-R4 are easy subject as compared to other.

M1-R4 (IT Tools and Business System): In this subject, a candidate will get questions from Microsoft Office Applications, Operating System, CPU, Memory Parts, Output Parts, Input Parts and Number System.

M2-R4 (Internet Technology and Web Design): A candidate will get the questions of Javascript, VB Script, HTML, Usage of Email, Internet and Networking.

M3-R4 (C Programming): ‘C’ is a Programming Language which is very important. For many candidates, it is a tough examination because the questions asked are completely technical.

M4 1-R4 (.Net Programming): The questions asked in this exam is also based on Programming. It is a quite difficult subject so most of the candidates choose M4 2-R4 and M4 3-R4.

M4 2-R4 (Introduction to Multimedia): In the examination of this subject, a candidate gets the questions related to Image, Audio, Video, Colour, Font, Animation and multimedia things.

M4 3-R4 (ICT Re): A candidate has to answer the questions related to Utilities application, PC Assembly, Networking.

O Level Course 2021 New Syllabus

O Level Course 2021 Online Form Fees

There are 4 subjects for which examination is conducted. A candidate can appear in the examination in any session. A candidate can take the examination either 1-1, 2-2 or can take all 4 examinations in the same session. The other details about O Level exam are as follows.

1. The examination starts from the second Saturday of the chosen month (January/July).

2. A candidate has to pay Rs.500/- for each paper i.e. Rs.2,000/- for 4 papers.

3. The processing fee is Rs.100/- which is applicable whenever a candidate will apply for exam.

4. In Part 1, there will be 40 questions of 40 marks. The candidate has to mark answers on OMR sheet. The time allowed to answer the given questions in Part 1 is 1 Hour and the passing mark is 20 Marks.

5. In Part 2, there will be 60 questions of 60 marks. The candidate has to write the answers on White sheet either in Hindi or English. The time allowed to answer the given questions in Part 2 is 2 Hour and the passing mark is 30 Marks.

6. Candidates get Grade as per their performance in the examination. The range of marks and respective grade can be check from the table given below.

आवेदन शुल्क :-
उम्मीदवारों को थ्योरी पेपर के लिए 500 रुपये और प्रोसेसिंग शुल्क के लिए 100 रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा। उम्मीदवार परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान नेट बैंकिंग/डेबिट/क्रेडिट कार्ड के माध्यम से भी कर सकते हैं।

उम्मीदवार लिंक [https://student.nielit.gov.in/] के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। ऑनलाइन मोड को छोड़कर कोई अन्य मोड स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। यदि कोई उम्मीदवार ऐसा करता है, तो प्राधिकरण द्वारा उसकी उम्मीदवारी को अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा।

पंजीकरण

पंजीकरण ‘ओ’ स्तर (आईटी) परीक्षाओं में उपस्थित होने के लिए एक पूर्व-आवश्यकता है। उम्मीदवार को छात्र पोर्टल https://student.nielit.gov.in के माध्यम से नाइलिट में पंजीकरण कराना होगा। पंजीकरण 5 साल के लिए वैध होगा। पंजीकरण शुल्क 500/- रुपये है

इंतिहान

1. सिद्धांत परीक्षा:

नाइलिट मुख्यालय, दिल्ली द्वारा नाइलिट “ओ” स्तर की सिद्धांत परीक्षा वर्ष में दो बार (जनवरी और जुलाई के महीने में) आयोजित की जाती है। पूरे भारत में कई परीक्षा केंद्र हैं। ऑनलाइन परीक्षा फॉर्म भरते समय परीक्षा केंद्रों की सूची सूचीबद्ध की जाएगी। छात्र अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार किसी एक परीक्षा केंद्र का चयन कर सकते हैं। प्रत्येक पेपर का पूर्ण अंक 100 है और परीक्षा की अवधि 3 घंटे है। प्रत्येक थ्योरी पेपर के लिए परीक्षा शुल्क 750/- रुपये + 100/- प्रसंस्करण शुल्क है।

2. व्यावहारिक परीक्षाएं:

नाइलिट “ओ” स्तर के पाठ्यक्रम के लिए एक व्यावहारिक पेपर है। छात्रों को परीक्षा फॉर्म भरते समय व्यावहारिक परीक्षा में बैठने का विकल्प प्रदान करने की आवश्यकता है। प्रायोगिक परीक्षा M1-R5, M2-R5, M3-R5 और M4-R5 मॉड्यूल के पाठ्यक्रम पर आधारित है। प्रत्येक प्रायोगिक परीक्षा की अवधि 3 घंटे है। प्रैक्टिकल परीक्षा शुल्क 500/- रुपये है।

परियोजना कार्य

‘ओ’ स्तर (आईटी) पाठ्यक्रमों में एक महत्वपूर्ण घटक के रूप में एक परियोजना है। परियोजना को छात्र द्वारा संकाय के मार्गदर्शन और समर्थन के तहत किया जाता है। इसके लिए कोई अंक नहीं दिए गए हैं, लेकिन उम्मीदवारों को परियोजना को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने की आवश्यकता है। परियोजना कार्य पूरा करने वाले छात्र नाइलिट मुख्यालय को पास प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने के लिए निर्धारित प्रारूप में एक परियोजना पूर्णता प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करते हैं।

परीक्षा का परिणाम

नाइलिट-‘ए’ स्तर की परीक्षा का परिणाम नाइलिट मुख्यालय की वेबसाइट http://www.nielit,gov, में परीक्षा समाप्त होने के 2 महीने बाद प्रकाशित किया जाता है। छात्र अपना परिणाम इस वेबसाइट से देख सकते हैं और संस्थान से भी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

पाठ्यक्रम शुल्क का भुगतान

प्रवेश शुल्क और अन्य विविध शुल्क प्रवेश के समय अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया जाएगा। भुगतान डिमांड ड्राफ्ट के रूप में या एनईएफटी/आरटीजीएस/नेट बैंकिंग के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है।
